LSEG Looking for Customer Assurance Analyst at Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India

The Technology Customer Assurance team is looking for a hard-working versatile individual to support the Technology Customer Assurance program. The Customer Assurance team within Sales Operations performs a key role in responding to all Technology and Information Security customer requests for London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Data and Analytics, Risk and Intelligence, Capital Markets, FTSE Russell and Yieldbook products. The team is a key partner in attracting new business and retaining existing clients.

The candidate will possess the right demeanour, skills and experience to operate in the fast-paced and multifaceted world of information security and risk, with experience in working on different assignments at a time, as well as tracking own work, and handling requests for information in a timely and efficient manner.

A basic understanding of Information Security themes, Data Protection and audit processes is required. The candidates job responsibilities include handling client relationships, responding to queries, updating our knowledge base, providing documents and assisting in providing supporting artifacts for audits and attestations.

The ideal candidate will possess the right demeanour, abilities and experience to operate in the fast-paced and dynamic world of information security and risk, with the ability to handle complexity and think logically and creatively. Demonstrate an incredible attention to detail. Have experience in working on different assignments at a time, tracking own work, and managing requests for information in a timely and efficient manner.

Customer Assurance is a Digital first team within LSEG, which means the position is mainly remote (working from Home) with attendance at the office one per week required.

They will collaboratively work with the global sales team in a culture of continued improvement, expertise sharing and ongoing success, completing multiple customer Due Diligence requests in parallel.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Third Part Vendor risk arena, especially of completing client Due Diligence questionnaires.

As part of team you will gain experience of audit, compliance, and gain a number of management skills. You will work cross-functionally with the global sales team in a culture of continued improvement, expertise sharing and ongoing success. You will have a tailored development plan to ensure that you improve your learning opportunities and have the option of joining our in house certification learning program, to assist you in gaining industry recognised certifications.

This position is based in Bangalore and is to work UK centric hours
