Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java and React. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development best practices, a passion for building scalable and high-performance applications, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
Required Qualifications:

5 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong experience with Java, including frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot.
Proven experience with React and related libraries such as Redux, React Router, etc.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end build tools such as Webpack or Babel.
Experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and React.
Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and oversight.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, UX/UI, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Implement and maintain automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to improve existing solutions.
