Summary and Role Information:

 

The SAP Sales Cloud Engineering team is committed to deliver best-in-class and leading-edge Cloud based CRM solutions designed to meet line-of-business needs. We provide appealing products combining software, configuration, and customizing tools with a rich user experience, integrating emerging trends such as the use of Social Media and mobile devices for interaction with consumers. The team is working in a Scrum-based agile mode designing, implementing, and releasing products as part of our Customer Experience offerings. This team works on retail execution and sales scenarios like Sales Order management, Contract Management, Surveys, Pricing, Product Lists, etc.

 

 

As a senior developer in the team the responsibility lies

  • In designing and developing microservices for SAP Cloud for Customer Sales scenarios.
  • In resolving complex design problems and working in close collaboration with the team and guiding the team with solutions.
  • Understanding SAP Cloud Product standards and building applications compliant with those  standards.
  • In developing microservice applications using open source frameworks.
  • Working in continuous cloud delivery mode taking care of end to end lifecycle of the microservices starting from design, development (hands on with coding), testing (with Automation), deployment and maintenance.

 

Role Requirements:

7 - 10 Years of experience.

 

  • BS in Computer Science or Equivalent
  • Good knowledge in Design Patterns.
  • Hands on experience working with Java 8 and above.
  • Sound knowledge and working experience in Spring Frameworks like Spring Boot.
  • Hands on experience working in a microservice architecture.
  • Work experience in K8s, MongoDB, Kafka is an added advantage
  • Good Analytical Skill.
  • Good technical communication skills.
  • Good Team player having experience in agile development model.
