    As a Resourcing & Capability Analyst, you’ll be building and maintaining trusted partnerships to understand and support the resourcing and capability needs of the business. You’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to do the planning, risk mitigation, execution and validation of various project activities under early career umbrella.

    You’ll also be:

    • Providing the end-to-end project plan design and management of activities, plan levers and resources across key milestones and the wider connected community
    • Ensuring delivery is in-line with project requirements and aligned to our customer and business needs
    • Gathering and using robust capability MI, providing options and recommendations to support the business strategy
    • Identifying skills and knowledge gaps based on the business strategy and provide solutions
    • Helping to implement a technical learning framework across the business area
    • Designing and delivering the business unit’s communications and engagement plan, owning key communications channelsThe skills you'll need

      We’re looking for someone with at least eight plus years of experience in learning and development, along with good technical knowledge and experience in handling complex time bound projects. You’ll need broad knowledge of the customer business, key services and how it interacts with the rest of the organisation.

      You’ll also demonstrate:

      • Good knowledge of tech operations and project management
      • Prior experience in managing technical trainings and bootcamp
      • Good understand of current and emerging tech stacks
      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to use information to develop creative value-add solutions
      • Great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
