Futureleap Search has been mandated by very well funded fintech company to hire hub heads for North, East,West and South. This is a highly critical role as this person will be responsible to drive revenue from multiple states.

Reporting structure- The role will report to National Sales Head, Urban and will have 3-4 State Heads as direct reports and a team 10 to 12 ASM, 80 - 100 Territory Sales Managers and 800-1000 business development executives as indirect reports

Responsibilities:

Business Growth:

- Identify new opportunities to grow distribution and revenue

- Grow distribution in the assigned geography to achieve merchant acquisition goals

- Drive market share by studying servicing to lead to higher transaction volumes.

- Observe competition landscape and merchant behavior to assess long term impact. He should then develop and share insights for positive disruption.

- Study processes to identify gaps and improvement areas to minimize redundancy, improve efficiency and impact.

- Draw up plans post study of market size of assigned geography, and thereby enable best suited distribution models with right span and spread.

- Should be able to device the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so that there is minimum expectation vs delivery gap

Stakeholder Management:

- Handle DSA escalations on processes and timelines including accurate payout calculation and disbursement

- Partner with cross functional teams like Marketing, Sales Capability and HR to ensure process gaps are plugged, the team is enabled with tools for driving and delivering performance

- Implement processes and metrics for tracking progress and setup review mechanisms with all the stakeholders

People Management:

- Drive hiring of State Heads and ASM to ensure 100% manning in the team

- Onboard the new team members and help them assimilate organisation's ways of working

- Participate in performance appraisal process sharing insights about the team and sharing relevant feedback with team members for their growth & development

- Coach State Heads regularly to allow them to better manage the input and output deliverables of ASMs and TSMs. Develop team members to ensure their ability to take up newer and larger roles

Quality Management:

- Monitor quality parameters like MAM, KYC, PFB usage to identify gaps, & initiate corrective action.

- Monitor performance on compliance parameters to ensure zero deviation

Requirements:

- MBA from Tier 1 campus with good academic record

- 9-12 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/business development in telecom or fmcg sector

- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage situations on the ground

- Should have managed larger teams on the ground

- Sales Process mindset

- Problem solving and analytical abilities with a strong bias for impact

- Ability to get things done and influence others

- Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative established targets and metrics
