Role Summary:
Director, Digital Operations is responsible for the development of a digital roadmap that will enhance the customer experience, as well as the formulation and implementation of process improvement and efficiency metrics. Utilize digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes to foster the creation of new value. In addition, one is accountable for achieving topside sales plans and conversion objectives.
Key Qualifications:

10 Experience in the field of Digital Item Setup, Content Management, Sample Management in a multi-banner E-commerce retail environment
5 years of experience in people management
Create & develop solutions to streamline operations, improve consistency & increase efficiency of the team
Strong project management, Collaboration, Leadership skill, and analytical skill
Develop training materials & product guides as needed
Understand the multi-channel/banner aspect of the business & help manage that with Direct Reports
Participates in long-term planning & resource allocation discussions - Manages forecasting & freelancer scheduling/budget
Technical aptitude with web-based tools & proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Action & detail oriented, organized with the ability to manage teams to execute within deadlines
Demonstrate strong resource workload & capacity management skills & proven ability to manage multiple resources, priorities & a large volume of business
Demonstrate ability to analyze & react to quality & performance metrics to drive quality & efficiencies within the team
Ability to select & develop a team of future leaders

Role Description:

Develop strategies to scale, monitor & streamline the Vendor provided assets acquisition & product turn-in processes to ensure a consistent & even flow of products-to-turn-in across all categories/banners. Interface with Buying Organizations to prioritize item creation & PO entry to drive full-price sales by providing clarity on merchant PO inputs through reporting. Manage inventory control & transfers to/from vendors & DCs.
Responsible for timely production of products, assortments, emails, catalogs, apps, and related content with accountability for complete and accurate product information and assortments. Drive and ensure continuous process efficiency and performance improvements across the Digital Operations team and product lifecycle processes.
Oversee & drive the item setup process & improvements focusing on accuracy & consistent customer experience. Ensure the timely live date of products. Oversee team quality metrics & define ways to improve including but not limited to reducing NOS, improving time to the site, increasing compliance & improving team quality metrics
Partner with the Site Operations & Digital Merchandising team to identify & reduce process or system inefficiencies & reduce the defect rate. Drive & prioritize item setup system enhancements & requirements. Proactively identify & resolve issues that may influence the product lifecycle.
Determine the operational and process implications of new or improved systems, features, functionality, and enhancements influencing the customer experience or operational efficiency. Ensure all processes, systems, and resources are in place for ongoing support enterprise-wide.
