Role Overview:

The Growth Manager at Stupa plays a pivotal role in our global expansion, driving the acquisition, engagement, and retention of users across new sports and geographies. You will be instrumental in researching and penetrating diverse markets, developing tailored strategies to connect with clients worldwide. Your mission is to harness deep industry insights and innovative outreach methods to significantly grow our user base and market presence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

- Conduct comprehensive research on targeted sports and geographies to identify and evaluate new market entry opportunities.

- Develop customised global expansion & outreach strategies for different regions, considering diff sports nuances and market preferences to effectively connect with clients and users.

- Continuously monitor global sports and tech industry trends, ensuring Stupa stays ahead of the curve in innovation and market needs.

- Implement creative and effective methods to generate leads, nurturing them through the funnel to conversion with a keen focus on ROI and customer lifetime value.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including sports organisations, teams, and tech partners, to enhance market penetration and brand visibility.

- Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth experiments and initiatives, from ideation to implementation.

- Leverage advanced analytics to monitor and evaluate the success of growth strategies, adjusting tactics in real-time based on performance data and market feedback.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience 5+ years in a growth-focused role, preferably within the sports tech or SaaS industry.

- Knowledge of B2B enterprise models in the SaaS industry.

- Proven track record of revenue growth in previous organisations

- Expertise in crafting and executing growth strategies across diverse markets and sports, with a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and market dynamics.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritise initiatives.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- A genuine passion for sports and innovation, with a relentless drive to stay at the forefront of the sports tech landscape.
