The Business Assurance Professional supports policy and framework implementation and maintenance, contributing to highest levels of risk mitigation, business control and oversight through rigorous assurance testing.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Undertakes initiatives to contribute to the adoption of a global assurance and testing framework, including the maturing, developing and maintaining of a combination of controls, training, risk assessment, policies, procedures and management information.

  2. Supports a programme of assurance testing covering assigned regulated entities regionally.

  3. Supports the execution of a robust assurance training programme on existing and emerging assurance and testing insights.

  4. Supports the completion of business unit-specific risk / control assessments, annual assessment reviews, root cause analysis of operational exceptions, risk mitigation strategies and action plans across transformation.

  5. Supports projects and initiatives that contribute to the development of a future facing and resilient assurance function capable of predicting current or future risk trends in the business environment.

  6. Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within Business Assurance.
