Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced State Distribution Head to lead and manage the distribution operations within our Agrochemical Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic distribution plans, driving sales growth, managing distribution partners, and ensuring efficient product delivery across the designated area.

Strategic Planning:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive distribution strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the Agrochemical Division.

2. Identify and capitalize on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to drive sales and expand market share.

3. Establish clear distribution goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance distribution efficiency and effectiveness.

Distribution Management:

1. Oversee the selection, onboarding, and management of distribution partners, dealers, and retailers within the assigned area.

2. Foster strong relationships with partners and ensure they adhere to company policies, brand guidelines, and ethical practices.

3. Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.

Sales and Business Development:

1. Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets, forecast demand, and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Candidates from Agrochemical and Fertilizer shall be preferred.
