Leadsquared CRM Expert Cum CRM-Manager


We are seeking a skilled LeadSquared CRM Expert to join our dynamic team. As a LeadSquared CRM Expert, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer relationship management processes and driving the success of our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Implement and configure LeadSquared CRM to align with business requirements.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration across systems.

3. Train and support team members on the effective use of LeadSquared CRM.

4. Analyze and report on CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a LeadSquared CRM expert or similar role.

2. In-depth knowledge of LeadSquared CRM functionalities, configurations, and customizations.

3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.

4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
