Job Description:

Microtec Education is looking for talented and enthusiastic Tele Caller Executives to join our team. As a Tele Caller Executive, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers over the phone and promoting our educational services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.


Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and provide information about our educational services

- Engage in persuasive and effective phone conversations to generate leads and appointments

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable educational programs

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

- Follow up with potential customers to build lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

- Stay updated with the latest information on educational programs and offerings

- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a professional manner


Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in telecalling or a related role (freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply)

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification (higher education in a related field is a plus)
