Job Brief:

  • HPY is seeking an experienced project Manager to join our organization to manage all project management activities (internal and/or external) in the company and liaise with the Development Team, relevant testing team and business team

  • Testing & Certification Manager should have a background in Payment domain (EMV), Terminal Configuration, Terminal & Host Testing/Certification, EFT knowledge (Settlement / Staging / Merchant payments etc), with experience in Acquiring (Card Present and Card Not Present) and Issuance (Contact and Contactless)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • End-To-End project management

  • End-to-End project tracking and update to client

  • Coordination of discussions with developers, SIT, UAT and business team.

  • Coordination with Terminal Vendor for their application delivery and bug fixing.

  • Co-ordination with Scheme for certification process

  • Co-ordination with internal and external entities for closure of activities.

  • Ability to collaborate with team members, terminal vendors and end-customers like Banks or Aggregators

  • Updates Management on weekly basis and participates in weekly team meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 8+ years relevant experience working with a Bank or Aggregator or Payments Service Provider or equivalent. ( SR. Manager Role)

  • Minimum 2+ years relevant experience working with a Bank or Aggregator or Payments Service Provider or equivalent. ( Jr. Manager Role)

  • Working knowledge on PoS acquiring business is must.

  • Should have in-depth knowledge of EFT domain

  • Should have good knowledge regarding working for POS devices including IPG

  • Ability to think analytically & conceptually

  • Good knowledge of Web & Infrastructure knowledge with exposure to Information Security

  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing to the overall team objectives

  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Problem solving & Decision Making skills are important

  • Ability to work under pressure and be available when required on a 24 x7 basis.
