Job Title: Head of Human Resources

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and support our employees in achieving their full potential.

Position Overview: As the Group Head of Human Resources at Autovista Group, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function across our organisation. You will play a strategic role in driving HR initiatives, policies, and programs that align with our business objectives and foster a positive work environment. This role requires a seasoned HR leader with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organisation's goals and objectives, while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

- Provide strategic guidance and direction to HR teams across multiple locations, overseeing recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.

- Lead the development and execution of talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and training initiatives to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance workplace culture, morale, and employee satisfaction, including employee recognition, wellness programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs, workforce requirements, and organisational challenges, providing HR expertise and support to achieve business objectives.

- Lead organisational development and change management initiatives to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organisation.

- Ensure effective HR administration and compliance processes, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and record-keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

- Provide leadership and guidance to HR team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess HR effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal developments, ensuring that Autovista Group remains competitive and compliant in its HR practices.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in leadership roles overseeing HR functions in large organisations.

- Experience working in the automotive industry or retail sector is highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations, with experience in managing HR operations across multiple locations.

- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, and change management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive HR decisions and measure HR effectiveness.

- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
