Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote Ladure products, including macarons, pastries, beverages, and gift items.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategy.Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content, to engage customers and drive online sales.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertising collateral, packaging designs, and promotional displays, ensuring brand integrity and consistency.Plan and execute special events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and generate buzz around Ladure offerings.Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as sales data, website traffic, and social media engagement, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future strategies.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the luxury goods, hospitality, or food and beverage industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
