Engineer/ Senior Engineer

Job Summary: Join our team as a Engineer – Parts Sales Support Engineer and use your skills and knowledge of Fisher Serials, Instruments, and processes to support the right parts for our customers. You will also prepare and respond to techno-commercial offers, technical queries & Order flow through FF2 for all parts and Instruments of Fisher.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To independently handle customer Parts/Instruments RFQs, prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customer's requirements and expectations, as well as the company's standards and policies.

• Works with the local Sales teams by creating business opportunities by providing quotes for Parts and Instruments.

• To coordinate with the sales team to attend to the enquiries from customers and provide them with timely and accurate information.

• Prepare SPIRs for KOB2 End user jobs & Identified IB Sites to help pursue parts opportunities by sales.

• To assist the sales team in site walks, demand generation, resolving technical queries and providing them with the vital support in both enquiry and order stage.

• Continuous improvement of Key Performance Indicators like quote response time, accuracy and order processing time.

• To maintain a good company image of integrity, proficiency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.

• You keep in touch with customers, build the customer relationships, understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationship.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant technical field (e.g. instrumentation, process technology or electronics).

• Basic knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection, Fisher Parts

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various parts of the business to achieve goals;

• Mechanical proficiency and visualization skills to build and select the best product for the clients (preferred).

• Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred).
