VP-Business Development (Staffing)


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Head to lead our business development efforts in the Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth

Responsibilities:

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the various Sector of our business units. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics.

- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business. Build a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and addressing client needs

- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Customize solutions to meet the needs of clients.

- Negotiation and Contract Closure: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing pricing, terms, and conditions. Work with the legal team to finalize and execute contracts.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure successful placements. Work closely with the delivery and operations teams to meet client expectations.

- Networking and Industry Events: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay updated on industry trends.

- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in various sectors.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client status, and revenue projections.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus

Experience:


- Proven experience in a Business Development industry.

- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of the sales, Business Development , client acquisition etc

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
