Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Security Officers for our Command Center at Taurus Hard Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and ensuring the security of our organization. Join our team and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and assets.


Responsibilities:

- Monitor and report security equipment, applications, alarms, and local intelligence.

- Provide security incident resolution and identify potential security threats.

- Coordinate with the Global Security Command Centre (GSCC) for incident information exchange and employee security concerns.

- Maintain accurate logs and reports of events occurring during the shift.

- Take immediate action in case of serious events like fire or violence.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for employee support.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

- Minimum 1 year of experience in security operations, preferably in a Security Operations Centre of a reputed company.

- Good working knowledge of security technology applications such as CCure, IVMS, Veracity, Lenel, etc.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) and local language.

- Relevant certifications/training in GSOC/command centre/control room operations will be an added advantage.

- Certifications in risk management/crisis management and advanced computer skills will be an added advantage.

- Disciplined, punctual, and honest.

- Ability to perform under pressure and respond rapidly to breaking situations within tight timelines.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
