What you can look forward to as a Power Platform Support Engineer

 

 

  • Troubleshoot, enhance and maintain solutions built in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborate closely with fellow developers in the Support & Development Team, focusing on addressing bugs, incidents, tickets, and change requests.
  • Monitor incoming requests and address them to other team members
  • Contribute to special projects related to optimizing and streamlining automation workflows
  • Assist end-users with any Power Platform-related queries or issues
  • Contribution in establishing a professional Power Platform Support Team

 

 

Your Profile as Power Platform Support Engineer

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in creating and customizing Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power Automate Flows
  • Good knowledge of Dataverse schema, entities, and relationships.
  • Knowledge of Security (Roles, Groups) concepts in the Power Platform environment
  • Excellent English language skills and the ability to work independently, solve problems, and effectively communicate technical details.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks, delivering results under pressure during peak times.
