Who we are looking for

ARIS is the process modelling tool using in State Street Global Delivery. We are looking for a candidate with experience in ARIS business process mapping administration and who can drive the development of ARIS within Global Delivery.

What you will be responsible for

Reporting to the GD BPM leadership team, the candidate will have the below mentioned responsibilities:

  • Development of ARIS reports, Macros, semantic checks and other customized features as per bank needs.
  • Aid in setting up the ARIS project database: Process and model architecture, ARIS group structure, user and access rights management
  • ARIS RCM (Release cycle management) /Governance Process including ability to implement and configure ARIS Process Governance to meet workflow requirements)
  • Work with the BPM CoE team to improve the model review process, RCM and Governance Processes.
  • Aid in various projects designed at maturing the ARIS capability
  • Support development of ARIS training material
  • Development of tools that will aid in the input of valuable resilience data and reduction of timelines to get data into the platform
  • Working with business unit SMEâs in identifying and BPMN modeling processes and attaching said processes to the Enterprise taxonomy where applicable
  • Project management of modeling efforts where applicable
  • Aids in Enterprise taxonomy management in ARIS via model assignments and reviews of models to ensure compliance with standards and adoption to Enterprise Taxonomy

What we value

  • Experience in Aris Java Script based Reporting development capabilities and deliver output in different formats (pdf/word/excel etc)
  • Business Process Modeling (BPMN 2.0) Expertise with ARIS Connect/ Architect
  • Familiar with Process Architecture in a large Financial organization
  • Experience in Project Management

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelorâs degree in information technology/Management or Business is required.
  • Proven experience (8 years and above) in business process mapping and administration.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and notation (BPMN).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
