Individual voluntary arrangement

We are currently seeking an experienced and empathetic Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales or debt management with a passion for helping individuals regain control of their finances. As an IVA Advisor, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through the IVA process and providing ongoing support to help them achieve financial stability. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients facing debt problems, including analyzing income, expenses, and outstanding debts. Educate clients about the benefits and implications of an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) as a debt management solution. Work closely with clients to develop personalized repayment plans that are realistic and sustainable based on their financial circumstances. Requirements: 12th pass or above degree. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in an international capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
