Your Tasks

  • Researching global chemical regulations and product compliance requirements with reference to chemicals management; monitoring changes and acting proactively to ensure that the whole ZF Aftermarket chemical products portfolio is compliant with all needed regulatory requirements, carrying out of internal audits
  • Creating Safety Data Sheets for all divisional products, ensuring that information about hazards posed by Divisional chemical products are properly communicated via these documents, creation statements confirming compliance of products with chemical regulatory requirements, cooperation with suppliers and customers.
  • Execution of the Safety Data Sheet Creation & Management process for Division, proactively proposing changes and improvements in the existing process.Keeping the open access Safety Data Sheet database updated, maintenance of internal databases.Supporting of creation & maintaining of sustainable and effective database of regulation and requirement for product compliance with chemical regulation in Division.Analyzing the policies, recommend and implement the changes or updates to keep our production and product distribution aligned regulatory requirements and customer’s needs
  • Alerting of potential risks, product regulatory concerns, and other issues of importance to Head of Product Compliance
  • Maintaining records of all changes, updates, or additions to product compliance policy and requirements related compliance of chemical products and MSDS creation and management process.Advising, supporting & consulting to various div. functions by sharing information regarding product regulation and compliance.Cooperation on daily basis with Divisional Specialists and functions in the goal to collect information and documentation to create MSDSes. Close collaboration with Head of Product Compliance Aftermarket, Product Compliance Aftermarket Team.

 

Your profile

  • Experience of working in an international environment with Min 2 years of experience in hazard communication, Safety Data Sheets creation and related global chemical regulations e.g., EU-REACH, UK-REACH, KREACH, TSCA KKDIK, CLP, GHS.
  • Experience of working with SDS creation software would be an asset
  • Scientific background, ideally academic degree in chemistry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of English – C1/C2
  • Solid research and information-gathering skills.Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
