Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Individual for a Managerial position in our sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a history of achieving sales success, adept people management skills, perseverance, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gaining a deep understanding of the product

- Analyzing the market and competitors

- Identifying the target audience and their needs

- Crafting sales strategies and pitches

- Establishing goals for individuals and teams

- Segmenting monthly goals into weekly objectives

- Monitoring the team's daily performance

- Sharing daily updates or reports

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling

- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
