DESCRIPTION

International and Emerging Stores (IES) is looking for a Sr. HRBP to support senior Tech and ML (machine learning) leaders in India. The role holder will be a trusted advisor to org leaders, overseeing talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, employee development and engagement, among other HR efforts. The role will also provide opportunities to lead and participate in cross-org Tech/ ML programs and initiatives within IES. The position requires communication, strategic planning, business acumen, and adaptability in a fast paced and innovative setting.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with senior management to champion organizational and people focused initiatives in order to achieve strategic business goals.
- Provide impactful management coaching to business leaders to and senior managers.
- Demonstrate analytical capabilities and influence stakeholders through compelling data-driven recommendations.
- Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes managing large-scale cyclical talent processes while also diving into the details of nuanced employee-specific questions and concerns.
- Ruthlessly prioritizing and identifying tradeoffs to stay focused on the highest impact work.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in HR/ business partnering.
- Demonstrates business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical acuity.
- Proficient in partnering effectively with senior leaders through skillful navigation of ambiguous situations using strategic planning and effective project management.
- Communication, coaching and influencing skills across diverse counterparts across levels.
- Is able to work independently, as well as on teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- HR experience supporting Tech teams or in a Tech company.
- Experience working with global and distributed teams.
- Demonstrated agility in thriving within fast-paced and innovative environments.
