Responsibilities

Developing and implementing sales strategies.
Mentoring and coaching junior sales staff.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
Identifying new business opportunities.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Monitoring sales performance and KPIs.
Providing feedback to management on market conditions.
Collaborating with marketing teams on promotional activities.
Ensuring compliance with sales policies and procedures.
Representing the company at industry events.
Contributing to the development of sales targets and budgets.

Requirements and skills

Minimum 2 year of experience in any sales
