Your New Role :

The successful candidate will have a problem-solving mindset, high perceptivity, and thirst for knowledge. Your key responsibility will be working closely with business solving day-to-day maintenance issues and improving production processes. This service involves maintaining robotic environments with a focus on process-level issues. This means you will respond to tickets in our ticketing system, ensure the smooth operation of our customers' processes, perform deployments of processes to specific environments (where our RPA developers may not have access) and carry out environment-wide changes and updates. Considering your main priorities, you will also take part in developing innovative solutions, and creating components for the core development team.

Your Role Accountabilities:

  • Maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable workflows using UiPath & other automation technologies.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and stability of workflows.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
  • Work collaboratively with business process owners and other Robotics team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance RPA processes, reduce manual interventions, and increase overall system efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve reusable components.
  • Guarantee that automations are running as expected and issues are addressed within SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.


Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven automation experience 3-5 years
  • Understanding of RPA tools (UiPath, BluePrism, PowerAutomate, etc.)
  • Knowledge of 1 programming language
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape.
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English


Not Required but preferred experience:

  • UiPath certification
