  • To prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customer's requirements and expectations, as well as the company's standards and policies.

  • To handle a key account customer and maintain a strong relationship with them, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • To assist the sales team in resolving technical queries and providing them with the necessary support and guidance in both enquiry and post order stage.

  • To obtain and review post order documentation approval from the customer and ensure its compliance with the contract terms and conditions.

  • To maintain a good company image of professionalism, competency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proven experience in the control valve industry (required).

  • A degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related field

  • Hands on knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection.

  • Communication and technical savvy to interact with clients and colleagues (preferred

  • Ability to operate and apply engineering computer systems for various tasks (preferred).

  • Mechanical proficiency and visualization skills to create and select the best product for the clients (preferred).

  • Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be a plus, Interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal skills to facilitate effective communication of technical ideas
