We are currently seeking a Business Consulting- SRM Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

 

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

  • Documents and maintains the process and procedures.
  • Participates in requirements discussions and helps to resolve cross-functional conflicts.
  • Reviews stories for accurate definition and acceptance criteria
  •  Ensures consistent execution of the process across the organization.
  • Provides formal process testing and UAT sign-off.
  • Reports on the effectiveness of the process to senior management
  • Works closely with platform owner and demand manager to prioritize the relevant backlog.
  • Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation.
  • Manages support for unassigned request.
  •  Manages instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.
  •  Provides configuration assistance to Engineering team.
  • Ensures requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.
  • Owns the relationship with project Managers to identify, prioritize, model, and document business, process, and data requirements.
  • Experience with Excel, Access and other database programs

 

Experience – Desirable

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in similar role.
  • Worked on Banking Domain with tier 2 level managers.
  • Strong in service now reporting and governance data documentation .
  • Strong background of ITIL process knowledge
  • Experience on Platform support, application support, project analyst.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Out of the box customer centric thinking
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated experience in the ability to communicate with, engage and inspire a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals.
  • Ability to keep current on technological developments/trends.
  • Ability to evaluate resources for applicability to projects.
  • Ability to write and deliver complex documents for sophisticated audience.
