Responsibilities:
 Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts.
 Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and
reports.
 Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and other financial records.
 Accounts Payable: Process invoices, setup vendor, and process payments.
 General Ledger: Assist in maintaining the general ledger, including journal entries and adjustments.
 Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
 Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
 Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
 Expense Reporting: Review and process employee expense reports.
 Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Qualifications:
 Qualified CA with 3 - 5 years + working experience
 Currently working big 4 accounting firm or Manufacturing MNC with a focus on financial reporting
 Familiar with various compliance requirements (CUSTOMS/FEMA/RBI)
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Proficient in Microsoft (ppt, word, excel etc.) and experience in PowerBI a plus, but not required.
 Experience in QAD Accounting software a plus
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable
insights.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all
levels of the organization.
 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and analysis
 Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
 Must be responsible, punctual, conscientious, and function well in a team environment.
 The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable and have the ability to maintain a positive and professional
attitude and maintain composure under stress.
 The ideal candidate must be 'self-starter' capable of working independently, taking initiative identifying and
resolving issues, managing workload, and handling correspondence.
