Finance Controlling Specialist (G8)

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Perform variance analysis and summarize findings for P&L and Headcount, Balance Sheet review financial information against historical run rates and comparatives such as budgets and forecasts.

  • Support reporting of financial results for markets w ith commentary including P&L, HC balance sheet for its accuracy and completeness.

  • Support all aspects of the financial month end review process , reporting requirements, facilitating month end meetings

  • Participate & contribute into business reviews meetings as appropriate.

  • Ensure business complies with all aspects of the internal / external financial control environment.

  • Support and is responsible for the inputs to the external and internal financial audits.

  • Support of planning activities Plan, Forecast process, Data collection, consolidation, data upload. Work closely with business. Prepare ad-hoc reporting requests from in-market finance teams or Regional Controller.

Why you?

  • ANY Accounting degree / qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience in, Reporting, Accounting, Finance controlling or Audit Firm & Financial Planning (optional)

  • Support all aspects of Planning and financial month end review process, postings journals, providing standardized and ad hoc reports.

  • Good understanding and experience in accounting rules and principles

  • Good Analytical Skills

  • Understanding of Control / SOX environment.

  • Previous experience of SAP - preferred

  • Basic understanding of IFRS - preferred

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Decision Making Capability

  • Good Understanding and experience in Account Debit & Credit
