Data Management and Administration

  • Lead all IMG market administration to manage and support all Technical Training Administration services.

  • Manage IMG STARS data, consolidate and summarize IMG report for IMG management.

  • Review and ensure the dissemination of metrics and reports to all stakeholders accurately and in a timely basis.

  • Formulate and develop additional administration reports to support training performance measurement as required.

  • Coordinate ad hoc events/projects as required by management.

STARS Dashboard and Intelligent data management

  • Manage and establish IMG technician data management system.

  • Create and implement STARS Dashboard for support through IMG market.

Support IMG markets.

  • Develop and implement Admin Standard Operating Procedures and ensure governance and quality assurance processes are implemented and maintained.

  • Train market STARS admin on STARS implementation, dealership enquiries and all system and job functionalities.

  • Provide the IMG regional support on all LMS system operations, and issue resolution.

  • Support market STARS admin for STARS setting such as certification paths and reporting.

  • Support IMG market training leads and administrators related to the training course (both level mix and special list area) as well as all IMG curriculum release.

  • Provide the IMG regional support on Technical Training plan, curriculum transition and implementation.

  • Interact with the Global STARS operation team, as the IMG vocal point on IMG needs.

  • Interact with all Global LMS team for new platform/functionalities test, requirement, provide feedback toward implementation, improvement, and enhancement for regional usage.

  • Interact with IMG/Global Training development team for Course establishment (create task code, course subject, course description etc.)

  • Coordinate and consolidate all IMG markets monthly KPI and reports for monthly governance review.

  • Provide the IMG regional support on all LMS system operations, and issue resolution.
