The IT PMO & DBS Analyst is responsible for working on various IT PMO & DBS initiatives and will be supporting IT Project & DBS Team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work on IT Project Management
• Support IT Policies and Procedure Documentation, and Reporting.
• Support IT DBS Team in various DBS initiatives and Events.
• Collaborate and support DBS CP Candidates in their CP journey.
• Able to manage DBS Funnel including Review and update.

 

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 2-3 Years of IT Project Management & DBS Experience
• Ability to conduct project review meetings, providing comprehensive updates to stakeholders.
• Promoting and Implementation of DBS within Global IT functions
• Should have worked on IT Process Improvement projects.
• Should be able to work on various DBS Events and executing them.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in IT Governance
• Six Sigma or Lean certified
