Senior Engineer

Job Summary: Join our team as a Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Parts Champion and use your skills and knowledge of Fisher Serials, Instruments, and processes to support the right parts for our customers. You will also prepare and respond to techno-commercial offers, technical queries & Order flow through FF2 for all parts and Instruments of Fisher.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To independently handle customer Parts/Instruments RFQs, prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customer's requirements and expectations, as well as the company's standards and policies.

• Meets or exceeds target parts Order booking set for the year.

• Works with the local Sales teams to create a detailed business plan and forecast for parts business and proactive parts growth programs

• To coordinate with the sales team to attend to the enquiries from customers and provide them with timely and accurate information.

• To support sales in handling MVS accounts and maintain a positive relationship with them, ensuring their satisfaction and dedication.

• To assist the sales team in site walks, demand generation, resolving technical queries and providing them with the vital support and mentorship in both enquiry and order stage.

• Determine actions to improve hit rate and order growth in the regions.

• To maintain a good company image of integrity, proficiency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Proven experience within the Process Industry and knowledge within the Control Valve Industry;

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant technical field (e.g. instrumentation, process technology or electronics). Candidates without the required years of experience may be considered depending on other qualifications and/or ability to demonstrate an ability to learn.

• Hands on knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection, Fisher Parts

• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to maintain high level of personal credibility in front of customers and colleagues alike.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various parts of the business to achieve goals;

• Data Analytics based approach to enable Sales(Preferred).

• Mechanical proficiency and visualization skills to create and select the best product for the clients (preferred).

• Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred).

• Ability to make presentations and persuade the customer (preferred)
