The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for news coverage and writing, coupled with a strategic mindset for driving growth and engagement within our platform. As the Chief Growth Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the editorial direction of our blog while spearheading initiatives to expand our audience reach and influence. This position is equity-only.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase audience engagement and readership.

- Lead the editorial team in curating high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in publishing, editorial, or content management roles, preferably within digital media or news organizations.

- Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies, SEO principles, and content distribution channels.

- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling and well-researched content.
