- Qi Ventures is a venture capital firm with a network of 1000+ HNI and NRI investors. As of February 2023, Qi Ventures has funded 55 companies to the tune of over 300 crores. Our objective is to create a Private Equity portfolio for our investors with the best suited startups to their profile and derive highest possible returns on the overall portfolio.

- We help visionary founders in bringing their vision into reality through our expertise and help them scale their business with the capital funding assistance and mentor participation from the industry leaders and subject matter experts from the investor community

- Role Description. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in our Bengaluru office.

- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and current investors, sourcing new investment opportunities, and analyzing potential target companies for investment opportunities.

- The Business Development Manager will also participate in fundraising efforts and support the investor relations team..

Qualifications: Strong background in Business Development, Investment Banking, or Venture Capital. Familiarity with early-stage company investment practices and valuations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify investment trends and opportunities.

- Understanding of financial modeling and analysis. Experience in fundraising efforts and investor relations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA degree is a plus. Knowledge of the Indian startup ecosystem and regulatory environment is a plus. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required
