What you will do:

  • Mail Administration Services
  • Based on the policy and tools provided by the Customer:
  • Management of messaging services in line with Customer policy.
  • Mail account management via defined processes
  • Proactive monitoring of mail server for ensuring smooth mail traffic using native tools, identifying and correcting errors that could be faced.
  • Managing Address Book (GAL)
  • Mail delivery management
  • Monitoring of email traffic
  • Mail Server management, backup, performance optimization and housekeeping
  • Monitoring and managing the disk space utilization on mail servers
  • Providing support for connectivity to remote Email users
  • Backup and restore of mail data volume and other files on the server critical to the mail subsystem
  • User mail ID creation /addition /deletion/ changes
  • Ensure all the Mail ids and user login Distribution list name are maintained in required format.
  • Implement mail log archive policy & take mail data backups.
  • Ensure mails to be dropped if they are found to be greater than specified size.
  • Email creation and password reset, Training and implementation for DMS users
  • Coordinate with Email Service Providers for Email related support

Advanced AD Management:

  • AD DS (Active Directory Domain Services): Deploying, managing, and troubleshooting domain controllers.
  • Group Policy Management: Creating and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and configuration settings.
  • AD Topology: Designing and managing AD topology, including sites, subnets, and replication.

 

Security and Compliance:

  • Access Control: Implementing and managing access control policies, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and delegation of control.
  • Auditing and Monitoring: Setting up and managing auditing policies to track changes and access to AD objects.

 

Scripting and Automation:

  • PowerShell: Writing and debugging advanced PowerShell scripts to automate AD tasks and manage AD objects.
  • Automation Tools: Using tools like System Center and other automation frameworks to streamline AD management.

 

Integration and Interoperability:

  • Federation Services: Managing AD Federation Services (ADFS) for single sign-on (SSO) and integration with other identity providers.
  • LDAP and Kerberos: Deep understanding of LDAP protocols and Kerberos authentication.

 

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex AD issues, including replication problems, authentication failures, and GPO application issues.
  • Support and Documentation: Providing L3 support for escalated issues and maintaining detailed documentation.

What you need to bring :

  • B.E. / B. Tech/BCA (On-Site), Relevant Certification (Preference).
  • 8+ Years relevant experience, ITIL Certified,
  • OEM Certified on Minimum One Technology
  • Technology: AD-EXCHANGE/O365
  • Certification: Any Microsoft Certification on Mailing platform

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Team Management â should be able to manage the team of 5+ resources
  • Customer SPOC for EXCHANGE/O365 Domain
  • Communication and Problem-Solving - Excellent communication skills and the ability to visualize algorithmic structures.
  • Process Knowledge â Incident, Change & Problem Management skills (should be able to perform RCAs for the Severity1 & repetitive incidents)
  • Should have Collaborative approach, Adaptability

Technical Skills:

  • Mandatory Skills: Active Directory, Azure-AD, Exchange 2016, Exchange 2019, O365/EXO
  • Applications: ADFS, Azure-ADFS, MS-Teams, Veritas Evault
  • Tools & Utilities: ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, Symphony SUMMIT)
