About the role:

Pricing has significantly contributed to our company's financial success in recent years. Our Revenue Management team, now with over 40 professionals worldwide, plays a crucial role in this achievement.

Key Market:

India is a vital growth market for Iron Mountain. We seek a candidate to collaborate with the India team to drive future growth. This role offers autonomy and reports directly to the director responsible for India.

YOU'LL GET TO…

  • Price Growth: Implement pricing strategies to drive price growth and support sales.

  • Global Coordination: Work with business partners across India to support global revenue growth.

  • Strategy Implementation: Focus on pricing strategy for various product sets in India.

  • Collaboration: Work with senior leaders and various departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to drive revenue growth.

  • Drive Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute pricing strategies to meet business goals and explore new growth opportunities.

  • Lead Projects: Identify and implement projects to drive revenue growth, aligning with stakeholders.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented projects and initiatives.

  • Reporting: Manage the India Revenue Management reporting process to support action plans and initiatives.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Integration: Comfortable working across multiple functions, including Sales and Finance.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with Excel and other analytical tools to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to influence and lead others, including executive leadership.

  • Organization: Ability to prioritize and manage projects with changing deadlines.

  • Customer Service: Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Initiative: Drive to create impact and work independently while supporting team objectives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

  • Education: master’s degree preferred in business, statistics, accounting, or economics.

  • 7+ years of relevant Revenue Management experience

  • Certification: Certified Pricing Professional recognition is highly valued.

  • Experience: Background in pricing strategy, management, analysis, and reporting.

  • Data Skills: Ability to manage and analyze large quantities of data.

  • Communication: Ability to influence decision-makers and lead change.

  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel (including VBA), financial modeling, and G Suite.

  • Language: Fluency in business English.
