Our operations involve providing support to more than 600+ vendors and collaborating with over 2,800 brands. Our reach extends to 19000+ pin codes across India, ensuring that our products and services are accessible to a broad and diverse customer base across India.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

- Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures and benefits packages.

- Develop and maintain job descriptions and salary ranges aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

- Manage employee compensation processes, including salary increases, promotions, and incentive programs.

- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.

- Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on compensation and benefits-related matters.

- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualification:

- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in a corporate environment.

- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
