Job Description:

Quick Tech Sources, a leading BPO/Customer Care company, is seeking talented individuals to join our Customer Care team in Noida. As a Customer Care representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers through chat interactions. You will address customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services through chat interactions.

- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, billing inquiries, and issue resolution.

- Use appropriate chat etiquette and language to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.

- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of conversations.

- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns.

- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

- Strive to meet or exceed performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements:

- Education: Minimum 12th Standard/PUC qualification.

- Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

- Excellent written communication skills in English.

- Strong typing skills and the ability to multitask during chat interactions.

- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize and provide effective solutions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats simultaneously.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms or customer service software.

- Prior experience in a chat-based customer support role is an advantage but not mandatory.


Salary and Benefits:

- The salary for the Customer Care (Chat Process) position ranges from â¹15,500 to â¹25,500 per month, based on skills and experience.

- Incentives and performance-based bonuses may be provided.

- This is a full-time position with a 6-day workweek.
