As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Provide product information and guide customers in their purchase decisions

- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery

- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements

- Maintain accurate customer records and update the database

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply

- 10th Standard / SSLC education level or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently

- Basic computer skills for data entry and customer record management

- Knowledge of retail and counter sales practices is a plus
