Job Description:

Super Smile India Marketing Private Limited is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers in Goa. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will contribute to achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

- Introduce our products or services to customers and explain their features and benefits.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about product pricing, availability, and promotions.

- Follow a script to ensure consistent and accurate communication with customers.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and update them in the CRM system.

- Identify and escalate any customer issues or complaints to the appropriate department.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.

- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and convert leads into sales.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer questions.

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Requirements:

- Minimum educational qualification: 10th Standard / SSLC.

- Strong communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English.

- Persuasive and convincing abilities to influence customer decision-making.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

- Previous experience in telecalling or customer care is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

- Willingness to work in day shifts and six days a week.
