As a Telesales representative, you will play a crucial role in attracting and acquiring new customers. You will be responsible for providing product and service information, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.


Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers over the phone, answering their product and service questions.

- Provide accurate information about the products and services offered by the company.

- Present and explain the benefits and features of the products or services to potential customers.

- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions based on their needs and preferences.

- Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.

- Follow established sales scripts and processes to deliver a consistent sales experience.

- Education: Minimum Diploma qualification.
