Senior sales Agency Manager 

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Agency Manager to oversee our distribution channels and drive sales growth for our insurance products. 

Work Requirements 

Training, and motivating team leader of agents for sales targets. 

Collaborating with team leaders to identify talented agents. 

Providing continuous training and development programs to team leaders. 

Monitoring performance and staying updated on market trends and customer preferences. 

Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company policies. 

Assist Team leaders in the sales process, including pre-sales calls and post-sales support (as required). 

Necessary skills  

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

Basic knowledge about insurance policies 

Excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 

Candidate Requirements 

Education: Bachelor's degree 
Age: 21 to 40
2 years of work experience in Sales
You need to have  a bike and license  
Must be Local (Live in the same city for the last 2 to 3 Years)
