Qualification & Experience:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.

• 6+ Years of experience as an expert in IIB ( IBM integration Bus ) & IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) product DEVELOPER.

• 3+ Years of experience in other IBM products such as IIB, WTX and MQ

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• SME level expertise in IBM FTM configuration, migration, uplift, and testing.

• Familiar with Payments messaging standards such as SWIFT, Canada Lynx, Canada ACSS, Interac.

• Familiar with SOA design principles and very well versed with Web Services and XML technologies

• Experience with Linux/Unix platforms and expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis.

• Strong software development background along with Java programming background with emphasis on systems integration

• Working knowledge of real-time messaging and batch file transfer implementation and troubleshooting using different packages and methodologies (MQ, FTP, SCP, Sterling, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills - Fluent Oral and Written English, good convincing skills, and market analysis skills.

 

Job Duties:

• Techno-functional lead for IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) & IIB implementation including Requirement Analysis, Integration Design, configuration, transformation, migration, QA support, Go Live support, and Production Support.

• Facilitate and drive requirement elicitation meetings, workshops, demonstrations etc. with different IT & Business stakeholders.

• Lead efforts for IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) configuration, clearing message support, integrations, and test support.
