Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
What you'll be doing
- Total 7 to 10 years of experience Network Administrator
- Hands on experience on Multicast ,ACI or equivalent technologies from below OEM
- platforms ,ISE ,Nexus switching, ASR ,VMware NSX
- Engineer should have expertise in areas like troubleshooting and handling of various
- Networking devices and technology viz., Networking (LAN/WAN), switches, Routers etc.
- Configuration and Management of Network devices
- Understanding, Configuration and administration of Cisco ACI solution
- Network devices HA configuration build, monitor & support
- Experience in Network Infrastructure solutions review
- Experience in performance management and capacity planning for Network
- requirements
- Experience in DR solution design, build and support
- Escalation Management (Internal, within NSEIL and with OEM)
- Good communication skills
- Degree BE/B.Tech/MCA in IT/Computer Science/ Electronics &
- Communication/Electronics or higher/Diploma in Computer Science with CCNA/CCNP
- Certification.
