Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute campaigns using Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and Linkedin to drive growth.

- Define and deliver the strategy for social media and SEM campaigns, including implementation, delivery, and optimizations.

- Collaborate with internal creative and design teams to provide feedback and recommendations for landing pages and creative assets to improve engagement and conversion rates.

- Create compelling ad copy and oversee end-to-end campaign set up, measurement, and optimization.

- Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, ensuring stakeholders have visibility into program performance and roadmap.

- Analyze the effectiveness of paid search campaigns, increasing investment in high ROI campaigns and optimizing or reducing spend in underperforming campaigns.

- Proactively identify areas of improvement in the paid search program and develop plans to address them.

- Collaborate with social media and content teams to support seasonal campaigns and promotions.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and share knowledge with internal teams and clients.
