Finance Jr Analyst

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES 
                     
1)Month End Close Activities - Perform Month end close accounting & reporting, variance analysis and preparation of supporting commentary                         
2)Reconciliations (Bank, Prepaid, Fixed Asset etc) - Preparing balance sheet recons and identification and management of any potential risks, Ownership of entity Balance Sheets,Audit & Compliance - Supporting Entity Audit - Internal & Statutory audit support and completion                        
3)Client Centricity - Supporting on-site business teams (Accounts Executives, Accounts Directors, Finance Managers and Directors)                        
4) Process Improvement Initiatives - Identification of process improvements to support the management team and improve the delivery of information across the division                        
5)Audit Support - Sox Documentation

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION                        

• Flexible shift timing to cater US & UK teams/ processes
• Work Experience : 0-2 years of experience
• GL/AM (R2R process) work experience in reputed MNC Captive/BPO set-up (CA Firm experience shall not be considered)
• Minimum Qualification:  B Com
