Role description:

This role is part of Arcadisâ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadisâ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world.  For those in GEC there are options to be dedicated to one country; developing deep knowledge and strong relationships, as well as opportunities to be part of teams working truly globally as a centre of excellence, offering diversity and variety.  Arcadians are by nature, globally minded and culturally aware, and Arcadis strongly believes in flexibility which enables change over time as your career progresses. Role accountabilities:

The main responsibilities of this role include, but arenot limited to:

• Prepare & Submit Baseline Programmes & Provide Programme Updates as per Project Requirements.
• Provision of Resource/Cost Loaded Programmes as per Project Requirements.
• Provision of Dashboard Reports as per Project Requirements: Cashflow S-Curve, Resource/Cost Histogram, Earned Value Management (EVM), Schedule Performance Index (SPI) & Cost Performance Index (CPI).
• Provision of Critical Path Analysis & review Risk Mitigation Measures (programme acceleration) to monitor and control the programme as per Project Requirements.
• Delay Analysis of Project Programmes
• Provision of Change Management Assistance by adding change references to the programme and undertaking change analysis to illustrate impact to the Programme.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of Design Documentation experience.
• Knowledge of Quality procedures/standards.
• Effective communication skills.
• Primavera P6 / MS Project software tools
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be proactive and quick learner
