🚀 We Are Hiring | Network Monitoring & Observability EngineerPayroll: Quess | Mode: C2H📍 Location: Pune – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)🕒 Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST📅 Contract Duration: 12 Months👥 Openings: 1🎓 Experience: 3–8 Years📝 Interview Process: 2 Rounds⭐ Must-Have SkillsNetwork Routing, Switching, Security (3–8 years)Network Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, NetScout (3–8 years)Strong understanding of network protocols & architecturesHands-on with monitoring tool configuration & managementBasic scripting (Python / Bash)Experience resolving complex network issues🔧 Job Description – Network Monitoring & Observability EngineerResponsibilities:Implement & manage network monitoring systems (SolarWinds, NetScout, LiveNX, Prometheus, or equivalent).Perform in-depth network traffic analysis using packet capture tools & logs.Develop network observability strategies (telemetry, distributed tracing, log aggregation).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues.Work with protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF.Implement network security: firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs.Document network configurations, monitoring setups & incident resolutions.BAU Support, Topology Changes, Reporting, Lifecycle & Compliance.➕ Nice to HaveCisco ThousandEyesLiveNXPrometheus or equivalent
