Please find the job details below for your review:Position DetailsRole: HRBP (HR Business Partner)Experience: 5 to 8 YearsLocation: Kochi, IndiaDepartment: Human ResourcesRole OverviewThe HRBP will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers at the Kochi location, supporting the complete employee lifecycle. The role focuses on HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, onboarding, and employee experience.Key Responsibilities1) Employee Experience ManagementLead onboarding, induction, and exit processes for Kochi employeesHandle documentation, HRIS entries, offer rollouts, joining formalities, and background verification coordinationMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal/statutory requirementsEnhance employee experience across lifecycle touchpoints2) Employee Engagement & CommunicationDrive engagement initiatives aligned with companywide “Connect, Grow & Care” pillarsConduct pulse checks, employee connect sessions, and engagement surveysPartner with leadership for location-level engagement eventsSupport reward & recognition initiatives for Kochi site3) HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure adherence to HR policies, Code of Conduct, POSH, and statutory complianceTrack attendance, leave, and timesheet submissions in coordination with payrollSupport audits and documentation as required4) Performance & DevelopmentCoordinate performance management timelines: goal setting, mid-year, annual reviewsSupport L&D programs, nominations, and feedback collectionTrack compliance training and mandatory learning completion5) Employee Relations & Grievance HandlingServe as an approachable HR contact for employeesSupport grievance management, disciplinary actions with HRBP & LegalEscalate concerns appropriately with confidentiality and fairness6) Recruitment SupportCoordinate with TA team for local hiring needs & interview logisticsEnsure good candidate experienceDrive referrals and maintain Kochi hiring dashboards/metrics7) Business EnablerBuild Kochi site as a great place to work aligned with EVPRepresent HR team to clients visiting the Kochi siteRequired Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related5–8 years of experience in HR generalist / HR operations rolesStrong interpersonal skills with empathy and discretionKnowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory complianceExcellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilityStrong business acumen and customer-centric approach
