Position Overview:

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the online sales and presence of the company. This role involves managing the e-commerce website, increasing online sales, analyzing data and trends, and implementing digital marketing strategies. The E-commerce Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and achieve the company's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Platform Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
• Manage product listings, descriptions, prices, and promotions.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

1. Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales.
• Utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, PPC, and SEO.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns.

1. Sales and Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales.
• Generate regular reports and insights on website performance and marketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

1. Customer Experience:

• Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey from product discovery to post-purchase.
• Manage customer service issues related to online sales and collaborate with the customer service team.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to improve the online shopping experience.

1. Inventory and Order Management:

• Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processes.
• Implement systems to track and manage inventory efficiently.

1. Vendor and Partner Relations:

• Manage relationships with e-commerce vendors, technology partners, and third-party marketplaces.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best terms for the company.

1. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
• Allocate resources to various e-commerce initiatives and monitor expenditure.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus.
• Experience:
• 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Proven track record of driving online sales and managing e-commerce platforms.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of Shopify
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
